Gift Certificate and Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash.
- Gift Certificates and Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. Face value of certificate is in US dollars. Any unused balance will be converted to credit at the spa.
- Unauthorized resale will invalidate Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.
- When properly authorized, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards may be redeemed for goods and services at all Alayne White Spa locations.
- Black-out periods may apply. Check with the spa before making appointments or reservations.
- Gift Certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
