Mother Dog Spa Day is fast approaching and if it weren't for so many of the lovely people in my world who help make this event possible, it would never be the success that it is. Julie Brigidi from Bristol Workshops in Photography does all of the photos at no charge. With 2 events this year, she gives us 2 full Sundays of her time and I hope that you feel the urge to support her after the event by purchasing some addtional photos. Great holiday gifts or in some cases just nice portraits to surround yourself with. I also hope that you think of Bristol Workshops if you need any professional, family or wedding photos down the road. Joany Devine, the owner of A Leg Up on State St. also gives 2 full days of some prime Sundays to help with this event in both locations. If you have never been to her store in Bristol, you are missing out because it is a wonderful place to bring your dog for a stroll around the town and some yummy doggies treats. We are getting ready to launch our new Spa program where you will be able to book your appointments online. Everyone I have spoken with about this shows great excitement when I mention this as a possibility. As I sit here writing this blog at 5:17am because I couldn't sleep, I think it would be so cool to go to www.alaynewhite.com and see what is available. I fully anticipate this to be up and running by September at the latest. We want to play with it ourselves for the summer to make sure we get all of the kinks out, then it should be ready to rock. This evening for 4 teens included mini pedis, mini facials and skin lessons as well as makeup, chocolate and non alcoholic spatinis. I think a great time was had by all and I hope to do more of these for birthdays and other celebrations. We have been super busy and continue to grow despite the woes of so many business owners. I feel the reason for our growth is our attention to detail, our incredible ability to serve and care for our clients and our thoughtful treatments. I believe that this is the signal point of difference for us compared to not only other spas out there, but all businesses. Don't get me wrong, we are not perfect, but we are amazing at our ability to anticipate needs and to really service you, our client. I want you to feel like you are a guest in our home when you walk into our spas. I want the quality of your service to create such a value for you that you can't wait to come back.
