I love the beach. I grew up going to the beach with my family and have some incredible memories of the rituals of the beach. Of course since that time, we have learned about all the harmful effects of that lovely bright ball of fire we know as the sun, but I still go, applying 30 spf every hour or so. 2 things I can not live without though is my waxing services and my post beach skin products. I have been getting my legs waxed for as long as I can remember.  Being dark, it is just so convenient as shaving never seemed to give me the smoothness I desired. We use Nufree Hair removal which by far is the best product on the market. The heating unit regulates the temperature so there is no chance of the wax being too hot. It also keeps the temperature at the right amount so it is anti microbial and bacterial, this means you never ever have to worry about sanitiation issues.

That is the boring stuff, the service itself is one of my favorites because the full leg wax that includes a basic bikini wax also includes a quckie leg massage with jojoba oil and a full leg exfoliation. I know that a scrubbing may sound weird after a leg wax, but trust me it feels amazing and there is hardly a drop of redness after. you could go right to the beach! Plus your legs are smooth and shimmery. I think this is one of the best services in our spa and in the country for that matter since it is so immediate gratification. 75.00. My absolute favorite products to go along with this service are Dermalogica Exfoliating Body Scrub, a lathery scrub in a convenient tube for the shower to keep your skin free of flakes and Hobacare Oil for total body moisturizer. I put it on everytime I get out of the shower and anytime I am wearing shorts or a shorter dress. Both products combined are such a nice way to give yuorself a little spa when you are not at ours. Take a few extra minutes and just use a few extra things on your body. You only have one of them, so why not take care of you?
