BOOK ONLINE. What does this new feature mean exactly?

What it means and why it was created was simply that one morning at 2am on a Sunday , I was wide awake. You know those mornings that you just can’t sleep, so you may as well get up and do something constructive or productive?  I was on the computer with my cup of tea in hand getting ready to catch up on some blogs when  the thought crossed my mind that other people may be up at this time too.I then thought, what if at this moment someone wanted to make an appointment at the spa? It being Sunday morning, this would mean that even if someone wanted to call the spa and make an appointment, they would have to wait until Tuesday at noon for someone to even call them back and well at that point the moment passed. What if someone could make an appointment 24/ 7 and be rewarded for doing so?

So the appointments on line feature was born. What impresses me about it is its user friendliness and simplicity. What impresses me about is that you can even choose the skin or massage therapist that you want if you know who you want. What impresses me is that you get an email confirmation when you book it and the final bonus that so many people have told me is that they don’t feel like they are bothering anyone by calling!

Wait a minute…. Bothering someone? That surprised me. I have spoken to some new online converts who have told me that they have felt bad for taking up so much time of the person at the desk and this is why they love our new feature. My answer and all of our answers are always , don’t be silly, you never have to apologize or feel bad about giving us business, but I too have felt “bad” when I feel like I am being a pain on the phone trying to find the right time or date for an appointment. I know intellectually that this is absurd, but feelings are feelings and anything we can do at the spa to help you feel fabulous is our aim.

So give it a try and see if you love it. Of course if you like the human touch, we are always here to serve, but if you get the voicemail or have that 2am urge for a facial or a pedicure, you know now that you can have that appointment whenever your heart desires.
