As always, my facial today was wonderful. Your staff has incredible commitment to service. My mom joined me today (who also enjoyed a facial) and there was slight mix up on our appt. But the best part - was the way in which your staff handled it. - perfectly!! If you could only bottled that formula and send it to those companies who so often miss the mark.
