What makes us unique?
We are a boutique style spa with attention to detail and service. If you are looking for the ‘mega spa’ experience, we are definitely not it, but if you are looking for a spa experience that is intimate where we get to know you, where we enjoy and appreciate your business and treat you like special guests in our home, we are it.

We call our team spa goddesses. Why?
Because they are here to service you and delight you and to make sure you know
how special you are. They are all licensed and complete a certification process before doing any treatments. Our environment is a non-competitive one and everyone is comfortable with our guests trying any of us at any time. Our goal is to service you at a time that works for you. Whatever we can do to make that happen, we will.

Where are you located?
Located inside the charming Bristol Harbor Inn in Bristol, Rhode Island, and near Wayland Square in Providence, Alayne White's Spas offer a unique opportunity to take a mini vacation, stay at an inn, visit a historic town overlooking Narragansett Bay, shop at the nearby boutiques, and indulge in a spa experience.

Common Sense Spa Etiquette
We know, you can’t live without your cell phones, pagers, ipods and all those other devices that are supposed to save you time, but please, with respect to all of our guests, turn them off as soon as you enter the spa (yes, even if you are not having a service). Believe us, the kids, work or husbands will find you.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for all of our services or in a convenient dollar amount. Though our gift cards are non refundable, they may be used towards product or any service on the menu, you can even pass it on to someone else if the time is not right for you.

Our Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, we will ask you to reserve the appointment with a credit card or gift card. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours or fail to show up for an appointment, your credit card will be charged for the full amount or your gift certificate will be forfeited. With respect to our time and our business, if you can’t keep an appointment, just give us a call so we can try to fill the space.

Children
Alayne is a mom so she gets the whole mom thing, but not all of our clients are moms and some of them are here to get away from it all. So, if you are scheduling an appointment, please realize that our spa is a place of respite and escape so try to make arrangements for your little ones.

Series Savings
Did you know that you can purchase any of our treatments in a package of 5 and get the 6th one free? Simply prepay for the services and no worries for your next 6 visits.

What else can you do for me?
We can make reservations for you at local restaurants, museums, rent bikes or kayaks and help you plan a day or weekend trip incorporating all that Bristol, Providence, or the surrounding area has to offer. Rhode Island is so small that we not only know our town, we know our state and can really create a neat little vacation for you. Whether you are visiting us for the day or for overnight, your spa journey will delight and satisfy your body and your spirit and hopefully keep a smile on your face for as long as possible.
